SALTAPATRÁS is a Mexico City-based band founded in 2012 by Cecilia Pérez Urias. Their music is made up of original compositions and arrangements looking forward to Mexican and worldwide folklore music. Within the group’s vision, innovation and the creation of new proposals in the popular music field and multidisciplinary shows stand out.
The diversity of musical elements that make up their proposal results in their own, original, and unique sound. For their presentations, SALTAPATRÁS combines music with narrative and theater, generating scenic-musical shows of various themes.
