About Greg Diamond:
Greg, based in NYC, brings a rich mix of Eastern-European Jewish and Colombian influences to his music. Trained by his Julliard-educated father in classics and inspired by his mother's Colombian musical taste, Diamond has crafted a unique blend of harmonies and rhythms in his compositions. His works resonate with the spirit of Latin traditions, offering listeners a captivating experience. Over the years, his albums have received widespread appreciation.
He has performed at renowned venues like The Blue Note and Iridium, and participated in various international jazz festivals. Diamond also took part in the Gibson International Jazz Guitar Competition, where he impressed many, including jazz legend George Benson. Whether on stage or in the studio, Diamond's dedication to jazz is evident.
He has collaborated with artists like Seamus Blake and Steve Turre. A graduate from the University of Miami, he integrates Miami's vibrant beats into his diverse musical profile.
