Her extensive research and immersion in various styles such as jazz, flamenco, early music, Indian classical, and Latin jazz have carved out a unique and eclectic musical identity. Marina’s performances are celebrated for their emotional depth and technical brilliance, captivating audiences with her dynamic and improvisational prowess.

Since moving to Seattle in 2015, Marina has significantly influenced the local music scene. Her self-released 3-CD set, “A Life Soundtrack,” is an intimate musical autobiography that spans the sounds of old Europe, modern Spain, 1990s Cuba, and contemporary America. This work exemplifies her ability to navigate and synthesize different musical idioms, from baroque to flamenco and American jazz. Recognized with multiple Golden Ear Awards, including “Instrumentalist of the Year” and “Concert of the Year,” Marina continues to inspire and move audiences.
