About Maruja Limón:
Maruja Limón is a six-member band from Barcelona that fuses flamenco, pop, and Latin rhythms. Their debut album “Más de ti” (2018) received critical acclaim from magazines like Mondo Sonoro and Muzikalia, and the band won the ‘Best Emerging Artist’ award at the 2019 ARC Awards and a LAUS award for their video clip “Aprender.” In 2019, they released “Ante mí,” considered one of the best Spanish albums of the year and nominated at the 2020 MIN Awards. Their third album “Vidas” (2022) mixes various genres with lyrics that tell life stories. With over 200 concerts and participation in prestigious international festivals, they premiered “Esta noche no me acuesto” in 2023, celebrating popular culture and collective connection. In 2024, they will release “Te como la cara,” an EP showcasing their take on rumba in all its forms. This showcase at Terraza 7 serves as a prelude to their 2025 tour, where Terraza 7 will also host them in the summer.
