About Ricardo Osorio:
Directly from Mexico City hails Ricardo Osorio. Sensational flamenco dancer of spotless technique and virtuoso footwork. During his professional career, he has perfected his art in Spain with artists such as Cristobal Reyes, La Tati, María Juncal, Merche Esmeralda, Rafael Campallo and Alfonso Losa, to name a few.
Aboiut Pedro Cortez Pedro Cortes hails from a lineage of distinguished Spanish Gypsy guitarists, inheriting his passion and artistry from his father and the legendary Flamenco virtuoso Sabicas. Embarking on a professional touring career at just 17, Cortes is swiftly ascending to international acclaim as both a virtuosic soloist and a visionary composer.
His groundbreaking composition, "En la oscuridad de las minas," debuted to critical acclaim at Madrid's prestigious Teatro Albeniz, while his works have graced the stage of the Joyce Theater in New York with the Carlota Santana Spanish Dance Company. Cortes's profound understanding of Flamenco is documented in his two seminal books, "El Dron del Faraon" and "Cruzando el Charco," published by the esteemed American Institute of Guitar.
Cortes's artistic prowess extends beyond traditional Flamenco realms, with notable commissions including original scores for the Cohen Brothers' film "Paris Je T'Aime" and HBO's enchanting children's program "Fairy Tale for Every Child." Collaborating with luminaries such as Jose Greco, Maria Benitez, Farrucita, and the late Lola Flores, Cortes's performances resonate with unparalleled depth and emotion.
About Alfonso Mogaburo Cid:
Alfonso was born and raised in Sevilla, the heartland of flamenco music. He also had the opportunity of attending the activities of one of the most significant flamenco clubs in Andalusia, the Peña Flamenca Torres-Macarena in Seville. Alfonso has toured extensively throughout the USA, Latin America, Israel and Europe, and has just toured Spain last February of 2018 with the Jazz/Flamenco band the New York Bojaira Project by pianist Jesús Hernández from Granada, Spain.
