About Pauline Roberts:

Pauline Roberts is a percussionist, singer, and composer based in New York City. Originally from Buenos Aires, she was awarded a grant from the National Fund for the Arts for the commission of new pieces for vibraphone and electronics. She gained recognition when she was interviewed by Frank Zappa's archivist for her rendition of "The Black Page #1". She was also a finalist in Hit Like a Girl, a competition where she now serves as a Latin America ambassador.

Pauline is a trailblazer in her field, becoming the first woman in 18 years to graduate from the National University of the Arts in the percussion department. In 2023, she earned a Master's in Music specializing in performer-composer, with an award for "Leadership and Community Building" from the New School in NYC.
