About The Fat Afro Latin Jazz Cats:
Since 2010, the Afro Latin Jazz Alliance (ALJA) has been nurturing young talent through the Fat Afro Latin Jazz Cats, also known as "Fat Cats". Directed by the seasoned musicians of the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra (ALJO), this youth orchestra grooms students for further academic pursuits in music. Now taking the stage at Terraza 7 in Queens, the Fat Cats are set to present their vibrant end-of-year concert, showcasing all three ensembles in a showcase of exuberant Afro Latin jazz. Don't miss this electrifying musical celebration!
