About Vitor Cabral:

Vitor stands out in the Brazilian music scene as a highly versatile drummer and percussionist. His musical voyage commenced with classical piano at age 7 and later evolved into a focused pursuit of drumming, supported by a scholarship at the prestigious FASCS. Now with nearly two decades of professional experience, Vitor has shared the stage with a roster of Brazil's finest artists, spanning diverse genres from jazz to Fado and beyond.

In addition to his performance career, Vitor is an accomplished producer and musical director, bringing his keen ear and creative vision to collaborations with both Brazilian talents and international artists such as Akua Naru and Honey LaRochelle. His expertise extends into crafting evocative original scores for audiences in Brazil and abroad.

Educationally, Vitor is dedicated to lifelong learning, immersing himself for over 14 years in the study of philosophy and aesthetics with notable scholars. His academic passions enrich his roles as a music director at the elite L.A.G bistro and as a dynamic performer with acclaimed acts including Gal Costa.

Beyond the stage and studio, Vitor's commitment to education manifests in his work as a guest professor at Instituto Dasein and MAM-SP, where he merges music with philosophical inquiry. He continues to explore the depths of philosophy, particularly the work of Heidegger, under the guidance of professor Marco Antonio Casanova. Vitor also contributes thoughtfully to discussions on music and culture as a critic for notable online platforms.
